Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
**FINANCIAL RETURNS**
+ Assists in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans (Revenue). Monitor budget and control expenses without effecting quality.
+ Coordinates with House Keeping in Linen inventory to maintain the par stock.
+ Assists purchasing and Housekeeping in analysis and selection of new linen and uniforms by testing the materiel to get best quality vs. price.
**PEOPLE:**
+ Assists in managing day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, training and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member’s performance.
+ Educates and train all team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure colleagues are properly trained and have the tools an...
