Assistant Laboratory Manager – Hamilton, New Zealand

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the efficient, safe, and high‑quality operation of our Hamilton laboratory. This hands‑on leadership role is suited to a technically strong individual with proven supervisory experience and a strong customer and quality focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workflow prioritisation, turnaround time management, and load balancing.
• Manage staff resourcing, cross‑training, and day‑to‑day supervision.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Resolve sample, reporting, and turnaround issues across ALS sites.
