Qualifications
- Implement and support ACCOR best practices.
- Contribute to ACCOR Technology Services knowledgebase.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, software, and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, databases, and peripheral equipment.
- Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts, system access, and IT equipment for new employees.
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security, system performance, and emergency/crisis management readiness.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven IT experience in the hospitality industry
- Sound Computer knowledge in Opera System, MICROS and MS office applications etc.
- Displays initiative
- Customer/people-oriented
- High attention to detail and ability to complete projects.
