As the Assistant Store Manager – Inventory , you'll oversee in-store inventory operations, lead inventory teams, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient stock management. You'll play a key role in maintaining product availability while developing team capability and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inventory processes including receiving, decant, backfill, and replenishment.
• Coach, train, and develop inventory team members.
• Maintain Back of House (BOH) 5S standards.
• Manage inventory workflows in high-volume environments.
• Support workforce planning and team rostering.
• Monitor KPIs and inventory reporting to improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and operational standards.
