The Civil Division seeks an Assistant Human Resources Officer for the Accountability and Development Team to lead HR accountability, process improvement, and workforce development initiatives. The position shapes HR systems, develops HR professionals, and supports Division-wide training programs for attorneys, paralegals, and supervisors at key career stages.
