This role assists in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Assistant HR Manager also plays a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture, supporting HR projects, and providing guidance to employees and line managers.

• Full spectrum of Human Resource functions in terms Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Payroll Management.
• Crafting of job ads and employment contract and ensuring it's in accordance to MOM framework guidelines
