Summary
The Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including internships, grants administration, and workforce planning. This role ensures timely hiring to meet business needs, supports work pass administration, and managing employee engagement & relations, HR policy development, and bursary management. The incumbent will also supervise and develop HR team members to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
