Job Scopes
- Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
- Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and managing new hire paperwork and orientation.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict compliance with local labour laws.
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.
- Handle confidential employee and company information
- Maintain accurate employee databases (hard and softcopies). Ensure all information are up to date.
