Job Description

A. Strategic HR and Company Culture Development
  • Reporting Structure : Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) to lead and implement the company's strategic HR initiatives.
  • Assessment of Current Practices : Analyze the existing HR strategies and policies. Collaborate with the MD to identify areas for enhancement and alignment.
  • Understanding Company Context : Familiarize yourself with the companyโ€™s history, evolution, vision, and goals.
  • Effective Communication : Clearly communicate HR policies and rewards schemes to all staff, actively seeking their feedback.
  • Personal Engagement : Conduct oneโ€‘onโ€‘one discussions and surveys to gather constructive feedback for improvement programs.
