Job Description
We are currently seeking for passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter, to join the team in Algarve Region @Pestana Viking Hotel,
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and managing restaurant and bar operations
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Ensuring SOP are in place
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages area in Hospitality
- Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written)
- Available to work in different schedules
- Guest Oriented
- Quality Oriented
- Team person
