We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with 4–8+ years of experience in real estate sales and a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring business targets are achieved.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
:* Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes
* Ensure all leads are effectively worked upon and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance metrics
* Monitor and improve sales conversion rates through regular reviews and coaching
* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
* Participate in field visits and support the team in driving sales closures
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for the assigned cluster
