ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

What will you be doing?

• Onboard and develop a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals.
• Educate your team on sales and relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company.
• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day oversight and management of the club.
