Assistant General Manager Sales

Full-time Supervisors of Sales Workers

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth for Punches, Dies, Turrets, and Machine Tooling .
Develop and manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across India and international markets.
Lead customer care and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.
Drive effective utilization of SAP/CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reviews.
Support strategic sales and customer engagement initiatives with senior management.
Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures.
Mentor and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
