Job Description
Role The AGM is primarily responsible for sales & business development of the entire factory, but has to overlook entire factory operations.
Job Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing the implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards achieving the groups strategy, growth and profit objectives.
The AGM must ensure that material is continuously available within the factory at all times. This is a critical duty of the AGM as even a small gap in material affects the entire organization drastically.
