Job Summary:
- This position is to help scale the retail business in battery swapping.
- This person will work to identify & execute multiple channels of selling like Dealer sales, Multi-brands, Online & Corporate events
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, channel partners particularly in the EV 2W segment
- Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs; develop strong partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, after-sales, fleet, operations) to create and execute plans for marketing, customer service, and retail rollout.
- Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements
