Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma as a hospitality specialist or equivalent training
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of the French language
- Proficiency in computer tools (Fidelio and Mirus an advantage)
- Organisation and rigour in managing priorities
- Attention to detail and pursuit of excellence in service
- Supportive leadership with the ability to motivate teams

- Carry out service openings and closings
- Organise, coordinate and supervise the work of cleaning staff
- Train, support and motivate teams to ensure impeccable quality
- Daily control of cleanliness and presentation of rooms, common areas and specific spaces
