Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner across all departments providing practical legal guidance
- Own the contracting function end-to-end, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements
- Build scalable legal infrastructure to support company growth
- Ensure compliance as the company expands
- Interface with outside counsel
- Monitor regulatory developments in healthcare and AI
- Support board governance and corporate policy work
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one US state
- 4-7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts
