Job Description

As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) for Electrical and Mechanical Design, you will support our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe with administrative and organizational tasks. You will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of the electrical and mechannical design department and serve as a key interface both within the team and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• comprehensive administrative and organizational support for the Electrical Engineering and Design Engineering team
• schedule management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of meeting minutes
• organization of business travel, including flight and hotel bookings, and expense reporting
• creation, formatting, and editing of documents, presentations, and reports in Spanish (and English if required)
• management of documents and data within electronic systems
