Assistant Facility Manager

Our company is looking for an Assistant Facility Manager for our client newly constructed factory in Tuas area.

Roles & Responsibilities Role Function

Assist the facility manager and responsible for technical issues and deliver high level of property management services for a newly constructed high technology manufacturing factory at Tuas area.

In addition, oversee the defects management during the defect's liability period.

Key Responsibilities

• System Upkeep : Conduct routine technical inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on critical equipment, including ACMV, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Supervision : Assist the facility manager in overseeing a team of technical staff.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose technical issues, resolve breakdowns swiftly, and minimize operational downtime. Be prepared to be hands‑on when needed. ...
