Job Brief
We are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to help us maintain a secure and well-functioning, multi-site work environment.
Part of your tasks will be to relocations, repairs, renovations, and facilities maintenance for multiple sites on a regular basis. You will also coordinate with external vendors and contractors and conduct cost analyses when purchasing or planning service requests.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple issues and various locations. You should also have a good knowledge of basic facility operating equipment. You will need strong communication skills and be prepared to layout out processes and procedure for successful completion of each task. This role will require travel to different locations.
