WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support Facilities Operations
ā¢Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department
ā¢Monitorthe operation and proper use of all equipment and systems throughout the venue
ā¢Monitorthe use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment
ā¢Collaborate with the Operations team on building and grounds maintenance priorities
Lead and Develop the Team
ā¢Coach, develop, and drive engagement with FacilitiesTeammembersand Porters
ā¢Ensure all team members are adequately trained, properly equipped, and held to a high standard
ā¢Delegate tasks clearly and follow up to ensuretimely, quality completion
ā¢Support hiring, scheduling, and onboarding of Facilities team members
