Job Description
We are looking for Assistant Fabricator, capable to do all general grinding works (heavy thick plate edge grinding, heavy wall piping grinding, Nozzles cut out grinding etc.). Candidates shall also be able to do chip back grinding, gouging, gas cutting and pug cutting for plates and pipes. Must be multi skilled to operate other shop machineries.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Assist in fabrication of heavy pressure vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, and related equipment.
- Should be able to perform nozzle cut-outs accurately as per drawings and fabrication requirements.
- Capable of carrying out chip-back grinding to prepare weld edges and ensure proper joint quality.
- Able to support fit-up activities for long seams, circumferential seams, and nozzle installations.
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings, WPS requirements, and material markings.
