Role Description

The Assistant Executive Mechanical is a full-time, on-site role based in Chemor, supporting the mechanical operations and maintenance of cement plant equipment. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for various mechanical systems, including conveyors, crushers, mills, pumps, and rotating equipment. The individual will help monitor equipment performance, diagnose faults, coordinate repair activities with internal teams and external contractors, and ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting spare parts management, and contributing to reliability improvement initiatives.
