Position Details

Permanent position. Salary up to $2,300.

Location: CMPB Depot.

Work days: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.

Job Summary

You will work as part of a team to provide key operational and administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Medical Classification Centre at NS Registration & Enlistment Centre.

Responsibilities

• Support and track submission of reports (including medical reports), update systems, identify cases of delays and take timely follow‑up actions.
• Receive and accurately process medical reports and related documents, including scanning and updating records in a timely manner.
• Liaise with various internal and external parties for timely follow‑up.
• Identify cases that require further medical reviews and track milestones, take appropriate actions to identify and expedite cases that have experienced delays or lapses and/or prevent delays.
