Job Description
Job Purpose
To supervise the team in performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System. Duties also include proposing workflow improvements to improve the reliability of the Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System. Manage his team’s performance in achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as well as facilitating the work of external contractors. Plans, prioritize and optimize material resources and manpower for scheduled maintenance work and fault. Mentor and impart knowledge and skills to junior staff.

- Perform preventive maintenance work of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System
- Perform corrective maintenance work of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System
- Assist in conducting fault analysis and troubleshooting of Electrical, Mechanical and Fire Protection System
