Summary The Division of Investment Management is seeking a Supervisory Attorney-Adviser (Assistant Director). As a Supervisory Attorney-Adviser, you will serve as a second-level supervisor overseeing managers and staff responsible for reviewing investment company disclosures. The role provides expert legal guidance on complex securities issues, supports disclosure and policy initiatives, and contributes to the Commission's efforts to promote clear, accurate, and investor-focused disclosure.
