What the role is:

You are responsible for overseeing all virtual simulation matters for the Army and managing administrative affairs within the unit.

What you will be working on:

• Manage operational contracts to ensure systems are always available for training needs
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
• Oversee service providers to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, timely issue resolution, and continuous system improvements
• Work closely with training units to align systems with training objectives, enhance utilisation, and support user competency
• Plan upgrades, manage obsolescence, and introduce new simulation technologies to enhance training realism and effectiveness

Challenge(s)

• Ensuring high system availability and training output despite manpower constraints and increasing operational demands
