Location: Makati City, Philippines (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
Work Setup: Hybrid (2x a week Onsite)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director, Record-to-Report (R2R) – Projects to lead and drive finance transformation initiatives within the Record-to-Report function. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive R2R expertise, and a proven track record in process improvement and project delivery.
