Ready to lead from the front? We’re looking for an **Assistant Director of Rooms** at **Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong** to head up our front office, housekeeping and security departments. Setting the tone to deliver truly memorable guest experiences from first moment to last, maximizing guest satisfaction and optimizing room revenue.

+ Overseeing the day-to-day operations of front office, housekeeping and security departments to ensure alignment with the hotel’s service standards and financial targets
+ Conducting daily walkthroughs and inspections in the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety and adherence to brand standards
+ Managing room inventory and collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and average daily rate strategically
