A KEY RESPONSIBILTY AREAS

• To liaison with Academic Department,students and DCPD Trainers about DCPD schemes, curriculum, resource sharing, trainer allocation, timetable, staffroom arrangement, study material distribution & Assessment.
• To maintain Master Student Data and accordingly handle the concerns of the Debarred Students.
• Schedule the meetings with the TPP CRs to understand their concerns (if any) and prepare the Action Taken Report and Meeting Minute.
• To take disciplinary actions against the trainers in case of any non-adherence to the policy/rules/code of Conduct.
• To prepare the duty charts for the training sessions – Mock PI/Inter-Branch GDs, evening remedial sessions, special workshops, etc, and be vigilant to handle subsequent changes and updations as and when required.
