Position Overview

To support daily operational activities within the SOC Engineering function, this role involves conducting routine system health checks to ensure optimal performance and availability of security tools and platforms. Responsibilities also include performing asset verification to maintain accurate inventory and configuration records, as well as handling administrative and engineering‑related tasks such as system updates, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting to support overall SOC management and operations.

This is a 1 year agency contract role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Help to do daily healthcheck on the SIEM platform
• Perform Asset verification tasks
• Assist request raising for firewall/patches/service Request/Change requests
• Help administer mailbox on operation requests
• Help on-board off board assets from SIEM platform
• Help basic troubleshoot for on-boarding issue.
