Our client is a growing publicly traded mining company with operations across the Americas. While the corporate finance team in Toronto is lean, the organization maintains a larger operational presence in South America and offers employees the opportunity to gain exposure to international operations, public company reporting, and the full mining lifecycle.
Reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager in Toronto and working closely with the CFO based in South America, the Assistant Controller will play a key role in financial reporting, consolidations, technical accounting, and supporting the continued growth of the finance function.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CPA or CPA candidate with mining, metals, energy, or broader natural resources experience who is looking to take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
