An established and successful hospitality company is looking for a full-time Controller with a real estate or hospitality background located in New York, NY. This is an onsite position with a base salary plus annual performance-based bonus payout, and excellent benefits.



The Assistant Controller's responsibilities include:

• Monthly sales tax filings, Timely bill payments & Invoicing


• Providing and tracking monthly performance reports


• Support the preparation of Partnership and S-Corporation tax returns


• Maintain complete and accurate financial records for multiple hotels and rental properties


• Execute monthly financial close processes including: Month-end closing & Bank reconciliations


• Oversee Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions


• Strong organizational skills
