What will I be doing?

  • Reporting to and supporting the Processing Contract Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the contract operates efficiently, safely and profitably. In the absence of the Processing Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the operation.
  • Meeting the client in order to build relationships and understand their needs, so as to maintain long term contracts/partnerships. You will also assist in setting key personal objectives and key performance indicators to members of the team.
  • You will contribute to the financial performance of the contract by reviewing overtime and wage summaries, supporting budget setting, analysing financial information, and ensuring accurate month‑end predictions.
