Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and interpreting contract documents to ensure full compliance with project requirements and local regulations like PSSCOC or SIA Conditions.
- Review tender recommendations and lead negotiation meetings with major trades (Piling, M&E, Structural) to secure the best commercial terms.
- Monitor project delays and prepare the necessary contractual notices and substantiations to protect the company from Liquidated Damages (LDs).
- Managing progress claims, evaluating variation orders (VOs), and handling Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Leading or assisting in the tendering process, from measuring quantities (taking off) to negotiating with subcontractors for the best rates.
- Oversee the entire tendering process, coordinate with procurement teams for accurate cost estimates, and manage project budgets to meet commercial targets.
