Job Description
This role is 100% fully on construction site.
Responsibilities
- To accountable for the full spectrum of project and site related matters. This will include but not limit to core areas such as budgetary control, manpower assignment, quality and productivity management, checking of sub-contractor claims, site safety and health issues, site progress vs. construction schedule, time and any related site initiatives.
- To attend all project site meetings with the client, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc. and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
- Overall site planning, execution, coordination and management of project to ensure completion of works within required standards and specifications, quality, cost, safety requirement, contractual obligations and meet project deadlines and client’s expectations.
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
