Job Description

Eastern Connecticut State University’s Women’s Lacrosse team is looking for a part-time Assistant Coach. This position is located onsite in Willimantic, CT. You will report to the Head Coach of the Women's Lacrosse team.

What you'll do:

  • Participate in the leading and implementing the preseason and season practices. Help monitor conditioning programs

  • Provide input to the evaluation of the athlete's performance and progress. Evaluate opponents' performance and scouting. Ensure the best performance of athletes during games

  • Assist in recruiting prospective student athletes

  • Attend practices, games, and our spring training trip

  • Participate in planning for events including fundraising or other special functions

  • Help manage our social media accounts
