JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Coach for men’s lacrosse is responsible for supporting the head coach in operating and managing its men’s lacrosse program. This includes the recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes. The assistant coach, in addition to all the requirements detailed in the Responsibilities and Duties section, is recognized as pivotal to, and responsible for, assisting the head coach with the record of the program as it relates to competitive scheduling, university/community relations, game preparation, and the enhancement and academic achievement of the student-athletes.
