Job Summary:

Responsibilities to assist the Head Coach with coaching and program development for programs within institutional, conference and NCAA Division II -regulations, inclusive of scheduling, budget management
and recruitment and retention of student-athletes. Start Date of June 1, 2026

Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Assist with planning and strategy related to specific practices and games, as well as the overall season and program.
  • Assist with conducting regular team practice sessions.
  • Recruit student athletes and coordinate recruitment efforts with the Admissions Office.
  • Scout opponent teams, contact and visit high schools to evaluate athletic performance and potential.
  • Meet with students, parents, coaches, and guidance counselors to discuss the Franklin Pierce University athletic and academic programs.
