Job Description
Adecco is assisting in the recruitment process for an experienced Assistant Chef in Guánica, Puerto Rico. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional with strong leadership skills who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences in a resort and hospitality environment.
**Qualifications**
+ Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional culinary training preferred.
+ Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in a resort, hotel, or multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
+ Experience in both à la carte restaurant service and high-volume banquet production.
+ Knowledge of fine dining techniques, menu execution, and food presentation.
+ Thorough understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
