Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrolment, renewals, and centre sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service to parents, students, and walk‑in enquiries
• Lead, coach, and motivate centre staff
• Manage schedules, operations, and daily administrative matters
• Ensure smooth centre operations and positive customer experience
• Handle feedback and build strong customer relationships
