Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Building Manager in the successful and timely flow of work. Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day Provides oversight for all operating activities, value-added services, customer service, reporting, and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Attending building manager meeting.
  • Preparing Weekly report, Monthly report and Meeting Minutes.
  • Introducing clients and visiting tenant’s areas.
  • Supervising the use of common area and properties by tenants / tenants/ employees / co-owners and residents.
  • Coordinating with sup-contractors, government and private agencies or related activities.
  • Proceeding other activities approved by board of committee and landlord.
  • Any other assigned works, if any.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • Work Experience in building management, maintenance or relevant fields...
