Role Overview
The Role: Assistant Branch Manager Assist the Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations to ensure safe and reliable route execution, maintain coverage and staffing.
Responsibilities
- Mitigate risk while addressing operational efficiency.
- Help with hiring, onboarding coordination, and workforce planning in collaboration with Human Resources keeping pipeline of candidates steady.
- Coordinate with the Manager, Safety Risk & Performance Optimization regarding CVOR infractions, collision trends, reportable incidents, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Fleet Management to ensure vehicles remain compliant, maintained, and operationally ready.
