SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
The Assistant Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring quality customer experiences, while delivering results that align with Liberty Bankβs business objectives. This position partners with the Branch Manager to implement strategies/activities to achieve the Bankβs overall goals for their branch. In addition, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for growing market share and implements appropriate strategic sales activities within the team to drive new business. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for building and deepening new banking relationships through coaching of teammates, proactive outreach and networking.
