Job Description
Job Scope
- Assist in BIM management activities, including the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in accordance with project requirements.
- Attend and participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Review clash detection reports, coordinate resolutions, and prepare BIM presentations for project discussions.
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of as-built BIM models and documentation for project handover and client submission.
- Collaborate with Architectural, Structural, and M&E disciplines to develop, integrate, and maintain coordinated BIM models and drawings.
- Establish and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) to facilitate document control, information sharing, and project coordination between office and site teams.
