Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for structural works, in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements
• Set up and manage structural Revit models across all project stages, ensuring models meet LOD requirements and project deliverables
• Lead clash detection and coordination in Navisworks against architectural, MEP, and specialist subcontractor models resolve structural interface issues
• Oversee production of structural shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM model
• Manage the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage structural BIM submissions to Authorities using Autodesk Revit
• Monitor submission schedules, conduct model audits/QC checks, and report progress to project management
