• Leads month‑end and year‑end review processes, including preparation of district review and year‑end documentation.
• Assembles internal and external financial reporting (e.g., MOR, DRM, audits, government reporting, taxes).
• Manages the district cash‑flow cycle and recommends process improvements.
• Ensures timely and compliant payments to trade partners, suppliers and service providers.
