Job Description
The Assistant Chief Engineer serves as the assistant to the Head of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of the Facility Management - FM2.
The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost‑effective operation of all building engineering systems while driving operational excellence, asset optimisation, business performance, and customer satisfaction.
This position requires an experienced engineering leader with a balanced combination of technical expertise and managerial capability. Beyond technical competency, the successful candidate shall possess strong strategic thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, decision‑making and analytical skills, to support senior management in achieving the organisation's business objectives.
