Th e Assistant Building Engineer is responsible for helping to organize and maintain all building systems. The Building Engineer will adhere to the Preventive Maintenance schedule that is in place as an accountability and tracking tool for continuous improvement. Also responsible to respond to all building system service calls in a timely manner.
