Job Summary
Reporting to the Asset Protection Supervisor, you will be part of the Asset Protection Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
Agnico Eagle Mines' Detour Lake Mine is situated on the traditional homelands of the Apitipi Anicinapek Nation, Moose Cree First Nation, and Taykwa Tagamou Nation. The mine operates in a community where we prioritize hiring members from these Nations and the Métis Nation of Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Access control monitoring and coordinating employees entering/leaving the mine site and high security areas.
- Responsible for security of production related areas and product movement, including safeguarding mining assets, both physical property and intellectual property, and safeguarding the physical safety of all personnel.
